At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai, Tencent officially released and open-sourced the "Hunyuan 3D World Model 1.0" (HunyuanWorld-1.0).


The model is said to generate immersive, interactive, and simulatable virtual worlds from just a single sentence or an image input. For instance, with the prompt "A medieval castle with grand towers, surrounded by stone statues, cobblestone paths, and beautiful flowers, in a cartoon style," it can quickly produce a complete 3D scene including architecture, terrain, and vegetation.



At the same time, scenes can also be edited again to meet the needs of personalized creation.


For example, if the sentence is revised to: "A medieval castle with grand towers, surrounded by cobblestone paths. In the distance from the castle lies a dense forest. The sky is thundering and lightning, in a mysterious game scene style," the corresponding sky and atmosphere will change accordingly.




Even users without 3D modeling skills can use the Hunyuan 3D creation engine to quickly generate a 360° immersive visual space, which can then be directly imported into mainstream virtual reality headsets, significantly shortening the content production cycle.
