Swiss company Suva and technology consulting firm BearingPoint announced a partnership to launch the virtual reality platform "Swiss Safety VR", which incorporates immersive safety training scenarios focusing on high-risk tasks—such as securing heavy objects at construction sites or preventing falls from unprotected areas. A prototype has been developed to demonstrate how immersive tools can help convey safety instructions and reduce accidents.

The platform features a growing library of 20-minute interactive VR experiences that demonstrate the real-life consequences of unsafe practices and offer an alternative to traditional training methods. The project also includes ongoing process improvement, scenario simulation, and trainer training services, designed to help organizations integrate the system into their internal workflows.
